To manually install the plugin, you have to download the plugin archive first. This step is different depending on whether you are installing the Free Edition or the Premium Edition:
Free Edition
- Open the plugin website on WordPress.org
- Download the plugin by clicking the Download button located on the top-right side of the screen
- Save the plugin somewhere in your computer
Premium Edition
- Buy the Red Eyes Froggy Buttons Premium plugin here
- After the payment you’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll fine all order’s details, a button to download the plugin and your license key to activate premium features (all these data will be sent to you by email too)
Notice: it is recommended to save the license key in a safe place and not to share it with anyone. Keep in mind that, depending on the license type to have bought, the license key will can be activated on 1, 3 or 10 websites.
After having downloaded the plugin file you’ll have to follow the following steps:
- Open your WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins → Add new
- At the top of the screen click on Upload plugin
- Click on Browse… and select the plugin file you previously downloaded, then click on Install Now
- Click on Activate plugin if you wish to activate it immediately
Once activated, you’l be redirected to tha plugin’s settings page to validate your license key: just copy and paste the license key and click the ‘Activate’ button. All the Premium features will be enabled.
